JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SR. ASSOCIATE – SECURITY ACS&CCTV OPERATIONS
1. Should have Security background with 4-8 years of work experience.
2. Min. 5years of relevant experience in CCTV & ACS Live monitoring and action.
3. Should have experience on AED System.
4. Conduct CCTV enquires for different cases/complaints.
5. Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi to interact with various International and Domestic Carriers.
6. Must have Good hands on MS Word and Excel.
7. Liasioning with different Airlines/Govt. /Non-Govt. agencies for various complaints.
8. Timely raising complaint for any non-functioning of ACS/CCTV Equipment to concerned team for early rectification.
9. Should have basic knowledge about ACS, CCTV and other Security Equipments.
10. Proper upkeep of all the Documents and Records.
11. Preparation of Shift Reports.
