- Work as extended AWS DevOps support team on multiple client projects.
- Provide technical support to client’s DevOps environment on AWS.
- Design and implement hosting solutions on different AWS environment like dev, stage and prod.
- Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
- Work in a 24x7 support environment across multiple time zone.
- Troubleshoot, test and provide technical solutions to issues that may be reported
- Proactively monitor Jira tickets and client communications
- Proactive ownership and problem solving attitude - as given above.
- Must be a good communicator to ensure proper daily customer communications – accent-free, easily understandable and grammatically correct verbal and written English.
