Position Summary
This role is responsible for preparing invoices for fixed fee and/or hourly clients as required. This role is

1. Review, understand, and apply the terms of ACA’s client agreements to the generation of invoices.

2. Generate invoices individually or in batches, ensuring consistency of all invoices with the company
framework and with the underlying agreements. Both fixed fee and hourly invoicing will be part of the
responsibilities, including hourly adjustments as needed.
3. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding ACA client accounts in writing and verbally,
clarifying and updating project information and resolving billing discrepancies through reconciliations.
4. Perform follow up on overdue accounts as needed.
5. Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal
initiatives.Education, Experience and Skills
Required Education and Experience
1. Minimum of five (5) years of billing, master data, and/or collections.
2. Extensive experience performing customer reconciliations and responding to and resolving client
questions verbally and in writing.
3. Graduate from a reputed university.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Experience with Deltek/Salesforce/Great Plains
