sr engineer - key account manager in bangalore

?Sales Responsibilities:

� Achieve the business targets

� Developing rapport with architect and builders

� Develop contacts and establish relationship with all decision makers in the customers office.

� Keep close watch on the proposed projects of the customer and ensure the enquirers/ tenders are received on time.

� Submit quotes/ tenders, well ahead of the deadline.

� Keep update of market information / competitors strategy and inform the management periodically.

� Monitor the status of the quotes/ tenders submitted, and brief the management on its status at every stage

� Ensure the quotes/tenders are submitted considered in companies favour, through frequent interaction with decision makers, take them for factory and reference projects and order are received.

� Adhere to time schedule on drawing submission and other documents to customers

� Coordinate with concerned department in the organization and ensure the customer satisfaction is met on pre- sales, installation and service.

� Ensure business contracts are in line with companys established process and norms.

� Ensure the payments are collected as per terms of payment.

� Timely scheduling of projects to enable the factory to deliver on time and as per contract.
