The roleworks very closely with the Director of Human Resources to translate the human resource strategy to actionableexecution plans. The role is responsible for enforcement of policies, attracting and retaining talent and reinforcinghigh performance standards. The role is responsible for collaborating and influencing people managers to addressspecific talent needs of their organization. Key Attributes for Success Evaluating Problems - This role demands evaluating a variety of problems tounderstand the root cause of the problem. This would mean asking clear and objective questions, evaluatingoptions/ alternatives, understanding impact and selecting the best possible solution in consultation with thebusiness Investigating Issues - As a credible business partner, the role requires theincumbent to learn new skills, apply specialist knowledge, continuously improving things and learning by gettingtheir own hands dirty Building Relationship - This competency is the essence of the underlyingprinciple of this role. The incumbent is required to build variety of relationships with multiple stakeholders -business leaders, people managers and the employees. The success of this role is dependent on the role holder to buildrelationships for influencing and building a credible partnership Processing details - This competency drives the behavior of being a top-quality executioner by meeting timelines with high quality of output while balancing multiple priorities. As a criticalmember of the Human resource team the incumbent is required to balance multiple priorities Driving Success - Taking initiative, identifying right opportunities,achieving outstanding results and persistence will create success for the business partner in their current role.Skills / Experience / Other Requirements  8 - 12 years with successively greater levels of responsibility, with atleast 6 years' experience in the HR Business partnering  2+ years' experience with sole accountability for talent acquisition/learning & development or support a business
