sr human capital generalist apac in hyderabad

?- Assists in the implementation and administration of all of the following human resource functions: compensation, benefits, equal employment opportunity, organizational development, affirmative action, HRIS training
- Assists in operational projects to support effective execution of the organization and support long term growth plans from this perspective
- Processes a variety of personnel forms to hire, promote, transfer and separate employees in the organization
- Oversees the employee records unit and prepares all documents (letters, contracts, notifications etc.) relating to changes in terms and conditions, including internal transfers, off cycle promotions, extensions, title changes, changes to working hours, relocations, departmental re-organisations, unpaid leave, references
- Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database
- Ensures that employee is informed of all benefits and changes to benefits
- Maintains Personnel Policy and Procedure manual as well as Employee Handbook
- Serves as liaison between payroll personnel and employee concerns
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of services performed
- Administers compensation and performance evaluation programs
- May mentor or provide leadership to more junior level staff members
- Performs all other duties as assigned

qualification

?- Bachelors Degree with 10 � 12+ years of relevant experience, or Masters Degree in Human Resources with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Experience of handling APJ/APAC/ US region is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in HR Operations
- Addresses problems in a logical manner and presents & implements recommendations for resolution
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy and create a team environment
