Strategy & Design:
Develop and articulate a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the company's strategic goals, attracts and retains top talent, and promotes a high-performance culture within the manufacturing operations.
Design, implement, and manage compensation structures (salary bands, incentive plans, gainsharing programs) and benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement, wellness) that are competitive and compliant.
Compensation Management:
Oversee annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and other incentive distributions.
Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys specific to the manufacturing industry to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Manage executive compensation programs, including plan design, administration, and compliance.
Benefits Administration:
Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators.
Ensure benefits programs are cost-effective, compliant with local regulations, and meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
Drive wellness initiatives and promote employee well-being through comprehensive benefits offerings.
Recognition & Retention:
Develop and champion effective recognition programs that foster a culture of appreciation and reinforce desired behaviors and performance across all levels, including plant operations.
Identify and implement retention strategies through total rewards initiatives tailored to the manufacturing workforce.
Compliance & Governance:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, legislation, and best practices relevant to the manufacturing sector.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Analytics & Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness and impact of total rewards programs, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on total rewards metrics and costs.
Communication:
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure employees understand the value and components of their total rewards package.
Educate HR business partners and managers on total rewards philosophies, policies, and processes.
