sr manager customer retention in bengaluru / bangalore

As the Head of Loyalty Operations, you will be responsible for handling member retention 
. You will be accountable for 3 critical functions:
1. Customer Retention - Drive member retention with a goal to keep members for life
2. Reduce Churn Risk - Drive member-facing/ internal initiatives to reduce risk of member churn by
giving them a delightful experience
3. Risk Ageing - Ensure swift action on members who are overdue in order to resolve their issues at
the earliest possible.  Desired Candidates: Minimum 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles with at least 3-4 years in the startup
sector or Wellness / Health industry preferred
● Comfortable in engaging with senior executives in strategic discussions and lead Executive
Business Reviews
● Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
