sr. manager finance in hyderabad

Key duties/responsibilities:
- Train and lead the local Finance team and carrying the necessary finance & accounting work,
including but not limited to:
- Enhance ERP capabilities, ensure proper internal controls for all relevant finance, accounting and
tax processes.
- Cash flow management Preparation of Cash Flow Statement (experience is mandatory). Update
periodic financial and cash budgets and the financial models, carry out the budget to actual analysis.
Budgeting Preparing of annual budgets and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, cost monitoring and
variance analysis.
- Ensure that all direct, indirect and over-payroll tax returns are filed, and all taxes, levies and duties
are timely and correctly paid.
- Ensure compliance with the terms of the Project Companies' constitutional documents for its
project and financing documents.
- Lead and ensure the day to day operation of Finance & Accounting function, drive overall financial
operations including accounting, project financing, budgetary, audits, tax and GST.
- Identify potential business opportunities and respected risks, suggest actions in response to these
as well as implement the actions agreed in coordination with the company management team.
- Ensure compliance towards authorities and off takers in relation to the power purchase
agreements.
- Obtain any outstanding consents, licenses and permits, maintain and ensure continuing compliance
with all permits as well as with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor on monthly basis the plants' electricity production, downtime and performance, in
cooperation with the O&M Contractor and Asset Management team prepare operating reports and
root cause analysis.
- Oversee the statutory audit of companies to complete in timely manner, reviewing quarterly
provisional financial statements. Able to assist in providing compliance reports required for
company law matters.
- To be able to manage the Internal audit review reports and demonstrate satisfactory review of
internal checks and controls.
- Able to assign and monitor the work from sub-ordinates and lead the team in financial reporting in
timely manner.

qualification

Successful candidates should have acquired the following experience:
- Has been a leader or people manager for the past 5 to 6 years, demonstrated strong competency
in on accounting, tax, GST, controlling, budgeting and internal controls;
- IAS accounting regulation knowledge and experience;
- Strong understanding of tax regulations, track records of establishing healthy relationship with tax
authorities
- Preferred experience from the Renewables, Real Estate or Infrastructure sectors or from other
industries / companies with strong emphasis with solid financial practices;
