Act as a first point of contact for HR related issues for bargainable and non - bargainable employees; Lead conflict resolution committee in cases of disciplinary action; Participate in discussions with the union leaders in the monthly union meetings and wage settlement negotiations (provide inputs from a people management
process perspective).
Report relevant HR information to Head office
Provides effective guidance and coaching to Plant Leadership, relating to employee concerns, problems, and disciplinary action to comply with company policies.
Support management in identifying high-potentials and mentoring programs; Conduct exit interview, analyze and close feedback loop with the managersImplementation of HR Policies and people management processes.
