?The Senior Manager � Legal Technology Group is responsible for (i) achieving the process optimization objectives of the team and the organization; (ii) identifying, deploying and ensuring potential improvement opportunities for process enhancement; and (iii) driving change throughout the organization to achieve organizational objectives.
� Identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO).
� Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement/automation projects within a specified time frame while achieving a cost reduction goal.
� Develop, co-ordinate, and deploy the process improvement vision as defined by the management team.
� Achieve buy-in from all stakeholders for the successful application of process enhancement.
� Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.
� Lead the development of new processes to meet the demands of the growing LPO industry.

Certified Black Belt
� Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline, with good academic profile.
� 8 - 10 years experience in business process improvement/operations.
� Should be Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
� Project Management experience desired.
� Applies a solid understanding of process improvement/engineering methodologies, including Six Sigma and Lean fundamentals.
� Uses systematic, disciplined, and data-driven methods to analyze and improve processes independently.
� Exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service.
� Has a strong work ethic, sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to providing a high-quality work product.
