sr. manager (product documentation & training) in ahmedabad

?
Roles $ Responsibilities

1. Shall be responsible for New Product Detailed Technical Documentation based on discussions with the

related R&D Team. Technical Documentation shall essentially include but not limited to - Product Operating

Manual, Product User Manual, Product Service / Maintenance Manual, Product Trouble Shooting Guide and

Frequently Asked Questions in the prescribed format

2. Shall be responsible for developing Product Audio-Visual Presentations / Training Material on MS Project or

equivalent audio-visual software for the related group of audience based on the product technical

documentation

3. Providing Training to Sales & / Service Support staff members either Offline (in person) / Online (over

Video-Conferencing) based on the Training Needs Identified or as per planned / provided training schedules

for either existing or new products / services

4. Taking documented Feedback's after the end of the training session from trainees / participants and

improving upon the training material based on such received feedback's as necessary

5. Periodically reviewing and updating / revising the Product Technical Documentation based on the inputs

received from customer complaints / sales team / service team feedback's or inputs received from R&D

Team on existing product and its feature / technical upgrades

6. Periodically planning and scheduling product upgrade trainings for existing sales & / service support team

members

7. Updating / uploading Audio-Visual Training Material periodically on to the companys Learning

Management System (LMS) Platform including administratively regulating and maintaining the LMS

Platform with due support from the IT Team. Periodically analysing each LMS participants uptake of

trainings allocated to him / her during a period and reporting to his / her concerned HOD for any necessary

Technical / Engineering Knowledge, Extremely good Communication Skills (Oratory skill s as

a Trainer), Extremely good command over Language (Vocabulary) - English in particular,

Gujarati and Hindi (Shall Understand, Speak and Document in all the three languages),

Command over MS Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mails, etc.), Presentation

Skills, knowledge of related software for Image Editing and Video-Conferencing, Good

Knowledge of Technical Documentation, Knowledge of Project Management / Scheduling,

Knowledge of managing an LMS Portal
