Minium Qualifications • Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience. • Minimum 8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining end to end quality strategy for products (preferably Digital Banking) including functional and non-functional testing. • Minimum 17 years of industry experience in design, development, deployments, operations and managing quality perspectives of products. Required Skills • Has a good understanding on Software products (preferably Digital offerings) and able to build end to end test strategy around Cloud Native, Cloud Ready and On premise solutions • Understands Web and Mobile testing, APIs testing, integrations of cloud solutions with legacy product lines. • Able to make tools selection for tests automation, scale testing, performance and load testing, and security testing • Able to define processes cross functionally with multiple teams to establish effective way of certifying the end to end product • Knowledge on Banking domain • Well versed with Product acceptance KPIs and SLAs • Knowledge of Product engineering best practices and software process excellence What you will do: • Lead our Digital Banking Suite QA Team • Certify software products for banking and financing institutions with R&D teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agility C2 - Restricted • Guide and drive quality around digital capabilities including but not limited to API, microservices, Cloud and lead the global collaboration • Provide technological leadership, innovate and introduce new technologies, practices, processes, tools, and systems in areas like- automation, testing, deployment, architecture, configuration, scaling and optimization. • Ensuring setting and governance of the KPIs applicable to improve and monitor the quality of product • Instil quality and excellence into the team culture by leading design and implementation efforts, actively monitoring the results, and make necessary change management • Provide quality governance to product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions • Act as a mentor to team and reinforce organizational values and culture and Able to technically guide a core team of highly skilled individuals
