- Establish short and long-term recruiting strategies designed to deliver on key organizational metrics (i.e. cost per hire, time to fill, diversity, quality of hire etc).
- Provide overall direction and management for TAC strategy, guidelines and procedures concerning best practices, systems and methodologies, including social media, assessment and analytics.
- Develop and lead a high performance recruiting team, ensuring we build the skills, capability and program management of professional recruitment, university relations and early careers recruitment, inhouse sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment coordination (note there may not be dedicated personnel for each activity, so the Leader will need to optimize the team and structure accordingly)
- Continually evaluate and refine recruiting processes to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal candidate experience.
- Be a thought leader in the space of market intelligence, data analytics, recruiting trends and legislative initiatives that have short and long-term implications on the profitability of the business.
- Foster a highly proactive sourcing capability, using the latest sourcing tools, methodologies and talent mapping approach. Define and target critical roles. Drive use of candidate relationship management tools and activities.
- Manage the University Relations & Recruiting program which includes: developing strong relationships with key universities, executing on campus public relations events, and developing Internship recruiting strategies to meet the growth objectives of the company.
- Drive innovative and engaging Employer Branding campaigns, employment advertising, including company web site, social media, internet job boards, recruitment brochures, and other media.
- Manage department budget and financial objectives.
- Personally, manage the recruitment of all Director and above level positions.

?- 9 - 12 years of Human Resources experience with MBA in HR with minimum of 8 years of experience managing full life-cycle recruitment process which includes managing a team in different locations (Pune, Mumbai and Chennai)
- Demonstrated Employer Branding, Market Intelligence, Talent Mapping/Pipelining, Diversity recruitment and TA Analytics experience.
- Experience in building new initiatives and processes
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.

- Strong candidate & customer experience focus, demonstrated ability to understand the customers business, issues and needs, proactively responding to customer requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with the various components of the TAC function.
