As an RPO Operations Manager - Team Lead, you will create and drive the programs and processes that help us find, hire and develop the best talent in the world. You will directly manage, coach and develop others, providing day-to-day team oversight to the Candidate Screening Specialists(Screeners). You will monitor and assist account staff in a matrix based environment to ensure the clientâ€™s staffing requirements are met and develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the client.As a Team Lead you will have operational responsibility for client engagements and partnerships through the strategic application of company and client resources. You will develop and implement business plans, processes, strategies, and skills to improve service delivery and engagement success. You will seek and pursue opportunities to advance the scope of services offered. You will be responsible for handling a team of 12 -15 screeners.Roles and Responsibilities -- Management of individual performance to assess volume of workload and quality of output- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members- Develop client relationships to provide innovative solutions and continuous improvement- Monitor account activities to ensure compliance and quality- Ensure teams are meeting SLAs and KPIs- Overall influence and accountability to the success of our partnerships- Process improvements : Analyze and improve organizational process, identify process gaps, design KPIs and KRAs with respect to client SLAs and deliverables.- Ensure to meet all the KPIs in place to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.- Forecast requirements, prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews, reporting, auditing, analyze variances & initiating corrective actions.- Serve as the primary escalation point of contact, work closely with internal & external stakeholders, establish good relations with clients, to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems for effective engagement success.- Applicant Tracking Systems, acquaintance with google applications, reporting tools is a MUST.Requirements -- BA/BS or any undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.- At least 5-10 years of work experience or 2-4 years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience.- At least 1 year of work experience in a leadership role.- Complex Operations background with strong team handling experience.- Leadership & conflict management skills, decision-making & people management skills,- Reporting skills, solution-oriented mindset, ability to work with strict deadlines.- Critical thinking, problem solving, planning and organizing, excellent communication skills.- Persuasiveness, influencing and leading, delegation & negotiation abilities.- Adaptability & stress tolerance along with abilities to work under pressure.- Team management, project management & business management skills.
