sr. sales execuitve in hyderabad / secunderabad

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Dealing and negotiating with high value client
Meeting dealer and retailer expectation and maintaining relationship with them
Resolving territorial issue or conflicts between dealer, retailer or distributor
Resolving and addressing issues of dealer or retailer regarding sales administration
Appointing dealers and retailers
Reviewing dealers and retailers on parameter of sales, leads generation and conversion
Keep pushing sales at dealers end
Keep motivation sales team and push them to achieve their targets
Taking daily meeting with sales team and getting data and analysed it to achieve targets
Mentoring and resolving issue of sales team regarding products or sales policies
Representing company in exhibition/promotional activities
Travelling and stay for sales in at required locations
