?The Manager?�Sales & BD, would be responsible for all aspects of business development & sales initiatives for the
Business Unit that he/she is aligned with. They will be accountable & responsible for developing the team, driving
sales & marketing initiatives to create pipeline, pipeline conversion, enable sales success and increased brand
awareness.

The position will also be responsible for tracking, analyzing, monitoring and communicating success and delivering
ROI for all business development activities.
The role requires a broad range of skills to be successful including International marketing, communications (written,
verbal). In addition we need the individual to have experience/exposure into B2B marketing.

?Developing and delivering marketing campaigns to generate leads, maximize conversion rates and generate sales
demand among prospects and within the customer base.
Forecasting, measuring, analyzing and reporting the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue
and sales cycle length.
Work with Account Management to develop and execute strategies to drive additional sales revenue, client
satisfaction, and client referrals.
Team?oriented and driving team members and focusing on problem?solving and smoothening out the process
wherever required.

6� ?15 years of international marketing experience in B2B is a MUST HAVE. Senior/ Managerial level role handling
experience.
Experience in creating and implementing proven successful, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline
acceleration initiatives/strategies.
Team?handling experience is��MUST��

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with different personalities.
? Action oriented and independent.
? Dealing with ambiguity.
? Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of tasks.

Any graduate/postgraduate with a flair for engaging clients in various services offered within Accounting & Finance
