?Experience required 7-10 yrs exp

Key Responsibilities
� Develop strategies to find qualified candidates, create a following of qualified candidates, and source candidates . Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates. Match resources to job orders.
� Responsible for updating the database with new and updated resumes and documenting activities. Develop hot book of pre-qualified candidates.
� Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates ,conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies . Assess candidates ability to fit the environment of the Client job requisition .Assess candidates hard and soft skills through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations. Obtain leads and referrals from candidates during the screening process.
� Negotiate a mutually beneficial rate of pay
� Gain a commitment from a candidate to accept an offer of assignment
� Submit qualified candidates. Extend & close offers , conduct reference checks.
� Work with BDM on coordinating interviews between client and candidate.
� Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing them pertinent information on the job requirement, hiring managers, team environment and client company background.
� Consultant On-boarding and Maintenance .
� Coordinate with the Administrative Team to ensure that the candidate receives all the necessary paperwork and ensure all paperwork is completed and returned in a timely manner.
� Process and communicate extensions to the candidate for each extension request from the client manager.
� Develop long-term relationships with consultants and provide exceptional customer service for the purpose of retention.
� Respond to questions or concerns raised by the consultant regarding the assignment .
� Assist consultants in career counseling .
� Provides potential leads to Business Development Managers.
� Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Recruitment Targets
