Should have hands on experience in Storage Implementation and Troubleshooting.
Should have minimum L2 level hands on experience in Exchange or O365.
Having Knowledge or experience in VM is an added advantage.
Handling escalations from L1 and L2
Creating process flow for L1 and L2 support
Implementing best practices as per industry standards
Modifying process flow as and when requested by Bank
Performing architecture review and suggesting changes accordingly
Architecture upgrade/ hardware refresh activity
Handling escalation and escalating it to vendors and OEM.
Help bank follow Security best practice.
Take part in Audit both internal and external.
