Key Responsibilities:
Material Management:
o Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to the assembly line.
o Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions.
o Oversee the storage layout to optimize space and improve efficiency.
Inventory Control:
o Implement and maintain inventory control systems to prevent shortages oroverstock situations.
o Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
o Manage and update inventory records in SAP.
Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor a team of store personnel.
o Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as necessary.
o Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
SAP Transactions:
o Execute and oversee SAP MM transactions related to material management.
o Ensure accurate data entry and report generation in SAP.
o Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in coordination with the IT department.
Compliance and Best Practices:
o Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
o Implement best practices for material handling and storage.
