This position prime responsibility is to create a positive experience for walking customers into the super studio and giving him absolute information about the products and its features and how these luxury stone can transform the interior design. Further understand the budget and need of the customers and act appropriately.
A person who is an effective communicator and having an excellent communication skill, in English, Hindi, and Telgu with a pleasant personality and impressive presentation with the customers would be the ideal candidate for this positions.
An enthusiastic person who is passionate and motivated about sales and puts all his effort in achieving and meeting sales goals.
Attend to customers as soon as they walk into the store
Listen to and understand the customers’ needs and budget
Help customers in selecting the products by providing information (e.g, product features, pricing, promotional offers) and offer suggestions
Respond to customer queries and deal with their concerns
Convert maximum sales to meet set daily/ weekly sales target
Solicit feedback from customers on the experience center- products, service, likes and wishes for improvement
Report feedback (direct and observed) of customers to Store Manager
Support other sales executive during peak hours
Stay up-to-date on new product features, pricing and store promotional offers
Ensure cleanliness of the store and proper display of products.
