Main Accountabilities • Inventory Inward /outward • Order following from end to end, • Ensuring maximum supportfor digital platforms. • Follow-up on timely Support • Stock accuracy maintenance • Smooth Stores and Dispatch operation • Organize delivery. • Maintain and issue accompaniments. • Maintain inventory at optimum level. • Proactive info. to the customer in case of an issue • Maintain stock accuracy. • Issue lens delivery • Order punching, • Order following from end to end, • Ensuring maximum supportfor digital platforms. • Follow-up on timely deliveries. • RX order validating and timely invoice. • Proper Delivery route allocation as per the standard committed TAT and customer demand through Locus APP. • Document maintenance. In locus customer invoice knowledge Audit for Locus customers and outstation customers through the Intigune portal daily. Other Key Result Areas • Divert and track orders to/ from other MSPs. • Unpack, validate and organize in racks. • Salessupport(outbound customer care/Salesteam) • Provide data. • Supporting otherfunctions (marketing, admin. SCM as and when required), • Invoice /SOA reach customer as per timeline.
