?Supply Manager- Operations
- Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and provide operational support in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Provisioning and sourcing of vehicles across cities to ensure supply is met as as per allocated budgets and timelines.
- Focus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives
- Handle communications and negotiate contracts with service providers across cities.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to develop end to end strategies and challenge the way vehicles are currently sourced.
- Design and execute vehicle sourcing including strategy development, benchmarking, supplier negotiation, SOW and SLA adherence by all partners, risk management assessment and contract negotiation.
- Develop, teach and reinforce safety guidelines and protocols to all partners in the execution of strategies.
- Should be able to develop vendors at a short period of time specially at events to ensure supply is met at all times
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and CRM team to determine best vendors and close operational gaps
- Develop and implement sourcing policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures
- Determine key supply chain KPIs and Suggest solutions for process improvements
- Train partners in terms of technology adaptations and monitoring the quality of service provided
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
- Manage high volume of supplier contract negotiations requiring focus on competitive sourcing, mitigating risk and SLA development
- Evaluate RFQ and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors and ensure suppliers are aware of business objectives
- Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met - or exceeded
- Ability to appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the companys spending, supplying partnerships and new possibilities.
- Crucial role in operations improvement, cost savings as well as total process efficiency and productivity.
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices

Mandate :-
- Previous working experience as a Sourcing Manager for (5+) years
- Hands on experience with sourcing software
- Outstanding negotiation abilities
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills
- Any additional training or certificate will be considered an advantage
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field
- B2B and car rental industry preferred.
