?Key Areas of Responsibility:
� Provides remote 4th level technical support to Philips Healthcare BIUs
� Ensures on time and quality delivery of software components as well as resolution to issues
� Understands and Analyses existing design and implementation of software components and recommend improvements and enhancements.
� Ability to fix issues with First Time Right approach and within SLA.
� Manages technical communication with senior members such as architects as well as stakeholders
� Open to work on Remote Service Applications and willingness to take ownership of multiple tools at a time.
� Escalates and tracks resolution of product issues through interaction with other disciplines
� Identifies and escalates customer dissatisfaction issues that requiring Management attention
� Ensures efficient and adequate product knowledge transfer to new team members
� B.Tech or equivalent. (Computer Science, IT � an advantage)
� Experience in medical device technical/service environment or engineering/QA with background in SW based product
� Basic networking and problem solving skills along with trouble shooting
� Good working knowledge of windows and security
Preferably some experience in developing and maintaining software using C# .net
� Strong team player with positive attitude
� Quick learner with ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance.
� Ability to engage with multi-site teams in a multi BU environment
� Excellent abstraction and analytical skills
