Systems Engineering:
Job Description:
- Provide cross-team System Engineering and product lifecycle support to all other disciplines
- Analysis of product level requirements and development of the system level specification
- Create and own functional requirements with enough clarity and detail
- Develop system level functional breakdowns
- Identify risks, assess risks working with various stakeholders within the organization
- Work with stakeholders to identify and assess product risks. Must have the ability to think clearly to root causes and make logical decisions. Should have the ability to recommend, convince, and implement the most pragmatic solutions
- Establish traceability between system function specifications and respective product requirements
- Collaborate with various product development teams in clarifying and explaining product requirements
- Support to implement requirements properly, including clarifying on any requirements, design reviews and other reviews as applicable
- Participate in Change Control Board (CCB) and coordinate change requests
Desired Qualification and experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical / Electrical /Mechatronics engineering etc.,
- Minimum 6 years of experience in systems engineering in an international organization
- Should have 12+ years of total experience
- Should have completed INCOSE Certification
- Having education in Systems Engineering is preferred
- Strong experience in requirements management and interfaces management
- Should be strong in capturing product level requirements and documenting them
- Experience of working in 2 to 3 full life cycle projects
- Must have had cross-functional experience working with various cross-functional teams globally
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong, analytic and decision-making skills
- Possess strong positive attitude, responsible and ownership mindset
- Ability to work as an individual contributor
- Occasional business related domestic and international travel required
