Talend Developer will develop ETL processes for Data Warehouse, must be well versed with Data integration best practices, standards, and processes. Designing, development and deploying data integration ETL solutions in a data warehousing and BI environment involving data transformations, change data capture, and error handling using Talend.
Job Responsibilities
- ETL development Experience at least 2 -3 projects done or 1 bigger project (Talend will be preferred)
- Good knowledge of database concepts of data modelling and mapping including normalization, dimensionality, referential integrity, indexes, keys, master data and metadata.
- Knowledge of using JDBC components, Context creation and dynamic assignment of contexts, Various functions for - date handling, string handling etc
- Experience in developing ETL processes for Data Warehouse, must be well versed with Data integration best practices, standards, and processes.
- Experience in identifying performance issues, SQL optimization, and designing high.
- Performing ETL processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in designing, development and deploying data integration (ETL solutions in a data warehousing and BI environment involving data transformations, change data capture, and error handling using Talend.

- Ability to work with different sources/destinations like SQL Server, Oracle, Access, MySQL, Excel, Etc.
- Good understanding of data modelling & ETL processes for Data Warehouse, Dimensional Modelling concepts, ETL concepts. Knowledge of Reporting tools like PowerBI, Qlick etc.
