Role: Talent Acquisition Lead Location: Bangalore Job Description:• Manage the priorities and performance of a team of full lifecycle recruiters by leading them to successfully deliver on the hiring needs and diversity goals of the business by achieving all weekly/monthly/quarterly Delivery Operational Key Performance Indicators• Resource planning (workforce mix, vendor strategy, capacity & utilization) to deliver to the demand• Collaborate with business leaders, and partner with Hiring Managers, TA, Workforce Management, HR and Operations focal to ensure effective team prioritization and timely delivery of talent• Provide day-to-day management and direction of the Talent Acquisition Partners• Successfully lead your team to achieving high candidate and client satisfaction levels • Participate in update meetings and represents the service to stakeholders as required.• Executing Global Segment TA strategy with applicable country legislation, policies and processes.• Must have good experience in cloud hiring/ technology focused hiring. Required Technical and Professional Expertise • A minimum of 10 years people management experience leading a team of remote/virtual recruiters in a matrixed management environment for a large IT Consulting Services organization / ITES - BPO•  2+years off managing team • A solid understanding of technology and hiring trends and strong experience recruiting diverse technical talent.• Good listener balanced with the ability to “push back” and challenge constructively• Experience working with multiple global hiring managers to identify and develop tailored job descriptions and recruitment strategies• Track record of creatively sourcing and hiring talent in a geographically dispersed organization• Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills• Attentive to detail and well-organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment• Strong influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills; must be able to influence hiring managers to make the right hiring decisions• Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates
