The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to
meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role plays a crucial part in building a strong
workforce and ensuring the organization has the right people in the right positions to achieve its
business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social
media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and conduct
preliminary phone screens to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and via video, to assess
candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to
create a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Job Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers
to selected candidates.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by facilitating background checks,
reference checks, and new hire orientations.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking
system (ATS) and other HR software.
• Compliance: Ensure that all hiring processes comply with relevant laws and regulations,
including equal opportunity and diversity requirements.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to maintain a
competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
• Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and hiring trends.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with
discretion. Additional Skills (Preferred):
Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
• Experience with campus recruiting or niche markets.
• Familiarity with employer branding strategies.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring.
• Have experience with FMCG Industry
Working Conditions:
