?- Developing and implementing proactive and progressive tax planning strategies
- Handling all Indirect Taxes matters including statutory filings, assessments, appeals, and refunds. Thorough understanding of GST law is mandatory.
- Co-ordination with various consultants/ advisor in order to complete tax audits
- Ensuring Direct Tax compliance would be an added advantage.
- Planning and managing/coordinating domestic and international transfer pricing mechanism
- Coordinating and managing tax audits, transfer pricing studies, and timely filing of tax returns
- Scrutiny of tax accounts and assist Accounting team in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and ensuring finalization of Accounts and routine accounting as required under industry accounting standards in terms of various tax regulations & provisions.
- Ensuring maintenance of appropriate internal controls, financial procedures related to tax and compliance
- Preparing and maintaining regular MIS reports for senior management
- Support business team during bidding as well as during procurement, preparation of tax efficient ordering structure.
- Ensuring regulatory, procedural, and financial compliance in all matters of the Company
- Compliance of Payroll related tax
- Ensuring maintenance of all statutory registers including Minutes of Board Meeting, AGM/EGM, etc. with the help of consultants
- ROC filings & compliance
- Various FDI related compliances as per RBI policies
- Capable of handling DGFT related matters, sound knowledge of various export promotion policies is essential.
