team lead - environmental data reporting analyst in indore

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Collection and validation of data and the productionof accurate/timely reports. • Review and follow up missing details from datacollection and reporting agreements • Ensure smooth operation of datacollection software and report any issued to relevant staff. • Collaboratewith IT to provide non-standard data acquisition (eg. FTP) • Ensure allreports (internal/external) are accurate and on time • Review and approvereports for data analysts. • Setup of client reports as per Data Collectionand Reporting Agreement • Maintain system documentation up to date andaccurate. • Revue field documentation and ensure it is complete and accurate.• Ensure erroneous data is reported to field staff promptly and effectively. •Follow up on reported problems for assigned stations to ensure issues havebeen satisfactorily resolved. • Maintain all system documentation. • Reportproject progress to ERS manager Team Leader • Train new and existing staff onadvanced or technical areas • Provide 1st line support for Analyst'svalidation questions. • Perform internal Audit and review • Liaise with ERSmanager, Senior Australian team to develop and update procedures. • Work withERS manager to identify training needs and develop training resourcesIndividual Specialism • Stack monitoring, Ambient air • Uncertaintycalculations using ISO GUM method • 4 or more years of environmental dataanalysis. Adhere to Ecotech's policies (NATA, OH&S, ISO 9001 & InternalPolicies) • Ensure all Ecotech policies and procedures are followed in anefficient, diligent and timely manner. • Ensure all systems documentation(checklists, logs etc) are up to date for all current stations. • All work andduties are to be performed in accordance with relevant state OH&S Acts andassociated safety regulations, standards and codes of practice. • Perform alltasks with integrity and accountability.
