?� Desired Skills:

Operating knowledge in every aspect of Windows server operating system, Exchange, Skype for business and especially in performance analysis and troubleshooting, General knowledge of Virtualization(Hyper V/VMware) and Storage Area Networks (SAN), Must understand the concepts of DNS, SMTP, SNMP, LDAP & DHCP. Must have specialized knowledge or support experience in Windows server OS, Exchange servers, Skype for business and Office 365.

Position Overview:

Supports and maintains the Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows Servers and other applications by providing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, administration, account management and resolution of issues.

?Position Expectations:

� Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer and upgrade Microsoft Windows 2012 R2 Server operating systems with all required server roles on assigned servers.

� Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade Microsoft Active Directory services.

� Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade Microsoft Exchange 2016.

� Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade Skype for business 2015.

� Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade other enterprise applications and systems as assigned.

� Developing and maintain backup and recovery procedures and processes.

� Maintain a Change Management log for changes made in the production environment.

� Assist System Engineers in Global Help Desk as needed

� Resolve L2 and L3 Help Desk tickets as needed.

� Experience with Kemp load balancers, Ironport anti-spam appliances, ADFS, O365 Hybrid environment knowledge is a plus.
