?Role and Responsibilities
? Have in-depth knowledge on Solution Architecture and Technology and be experienced in delivering
software solutions.
? Overseeing project/s to ensure high quality while innovating and maintaining delivery timelines.
? Work closely with all Development Project Managers on regular and effective progress report
? Monitor project/s, identify risks and work with Development Project Managers to mitigate on
? Show flexibility in responding to changing business needs and be open to work on newer domains.
? Ensure that all software being developed satisfies the business requirements as specified
? Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as
part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems.
? Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through code level �
should be able to contribute individually as well as at team level for writing codes
? Ensure that team understands and follows existing IT standards.
? Always have ears on the ground � gather market intelligence, be updated with latest technological
trends, conduct competition analysis and have multi-domain knowledge to suggest and lead team/s to
develop new product lines.

? Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
? 10+ years of work experience
? Proven experience of leading a team of software Engineers including performance, development and
disciplinary issues.
? Proven experience in managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured
Technical Skills Required
Expertise in:
1. Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and
2. Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design
3. Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches
4. Strong demonstrable experience�on Object Oriented Analysis and Design Patterns
5. In-Depth knowledge in C# having worked on multi-threading and parallel programming
Proficiency in:
1. Proficient in Entity framework, Web API for REST web services.
2. Experience in the development of software using

a. .Net framework 4.5�and above.
b. ASP .Net, MVC5
c. .Net Core/ Asp.Net Core
d. SQL Server
