Leading a team of media buyers working on Facebook and Google Ads along with PubPlus’
Platform, including team’s day-to-day operations, missions, revenue goals, priorities, and
focuses
Take a significant part in supporting decision-making processes and proactively push for
new insights based on analytical research.
High emphasis on flow optimization, conclusions, and recommendations as well as inputs for
product
Maintain a working relationship with different units in the company
Highly involved in the implementation of newly introduced and existing policies and
compliance needs
Collection and analysis of data from multiple data sources and combining them into one full
coherent analysis. REQUIREMENTS
Managerial Experience – At least 1-2 years of experience managing large-scale acquisition
teams.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a PPC manager and/or Media Buying in a global
internet company and/or well-known agency.
Vast knowledge and experience with social media buying platforms such as Facebook,
Google Ads, Taboola, and Outbrain - MustStrong analytical affinity and the ability to go into detail and research large data scale and
metrics
Strong leadership skills, independence, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a multi-
interface environment
Proactive approach, visionary, analytical, technical, strong problem-solving skills, ability to
investigate and isolate issues from data, strong detail orientation, ability to multi-task, strong
communication skills, attention to detail, proactive approach, fast learner, organizational and
project management skills
Background in the programmatic advertisement industry or similar verticals - advantage
Desire to follow the latest relevant web trends within the online industry.
