?Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Responsible for Sales and Collections for the project assigned.
? Responsible for product pitching, profitability and payment collection
? Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and by building synergy with the Channel Partner Team.
? Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
? Ensure robust pipeline of business opportunities by constantly engaging with customers
? Lead management, Negotiation and Closure of all potential Sales opportunities
? Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
? Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
? Interact and network with industry participants and competitors to keep informed of trends, norms, regulations and challenges
? Support recruitment, training and retention of quality sales and marketing personnel
? Train, coach, mentor and develop subordinates and team members
? Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required
? Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
? Periodic reporting to Management
? Report any abnormalities to the Management as soon as noticed
