Role: Team Leader -Client Service Company: cFIRST Background Checks LLP Experience: Min. 4 Years Compensation: As per industry standards Job purpose: To manage client service team and ensure that delivery standards are met as per
requirement.
Key Responsibilities:   Efficiently handle the client service team along with AM-Client servicing.
 Manage a team of 8-10 client servicing associates.
 Liaise with the Operations Team for high priority cases for assigned clients.
 Ensuring steady progress on client requirements.
 Share monthly reporting deliverables with superiors.
 Ensure steady functioning of customer service operations to track and identify high value clients, build strong client relationships, and contribute to service enhancements.
 Create and execute client servicing policies/strategies for the organization.
