?1. Min of 15+ yrs of experience with strong Technology Management experience in on or more of Java, Mobile, Enterprise Integration (SOA), Mainframe and/or Data Analytics technology domains
2. Past experience of Architecture in one of more of Java, Mobile, Enterprise Integration (SOA), Mainframe and/or Data Analytics
3. Experience in incubation and establishing COE services
4. Experience in Managing Architects and senior Technology specialists in a COE team structure environments
5. Strong Presentation skills to Business and Technology stakeholders
6. TOGAF certification is a plus
7. Retail Industry experience is a plus

?Have at least 3 years of experience in core people management
Experience in handling technical teams of 10+ people
Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java technologies (JSF, EJB, JPA, Hibernet, Springs, Angular JS, Bootstrap etc.)
Well versed with the latest technological trends in Social media, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud etc.
Experience in managing framework and tools teams involving support activities is preferred
Proficiency with relational database technology
Have fair knowledge of database modelling processes on one or more RDBMS platforms like Oracle and DB2
Have good knowledge of database development and management practices
Good experience in ITIL practices is preferred
