Key skills, knowledge experiences:
 Bachelor’s degree & Prince 2 (or equiv)
 Previous experience in a Project Management or Delivery Management function
 Experience of global, large scale, complex SAP implementations and transformation
programmes
 Demonstrated experience in System Integration and Software Development
management, updated with current Cloud (SAP Cloud Platform) and Mobile techniques
 Solid understanding of AGILE development methodologies
 Demonstrable service industry knowledge – ideally with focus on food service industry
 Experience managing teams; remote management
 Ability to work collaboratively in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
 Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills with ability to manage multiple
projects /responsibilities
 Excellent communication, influencing and presentations skills to both technical and non
technical stakeholders. Proficiency in English language. Preferential working knowledge
of other European languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.)
