?Technical Delivery Manager

The purpose of the Technical Delivery Manager is to actively participate in the delivery management activities for us. Specifically the role is accountable for:

* Proactively engaging across multiple teams, including external suppliers during design, development, delivery and support phases.
* To ensure that a plan for delivery of all items in scope are agreed and committed to.
* Manage performance, appraisals, KRIs and KPIs for the entire delivery team
* Engaging with clients and suppliers at a senior level, including internal stakeholders to do effective stakeholder management.
* Pre-empt issues and identify a resolution that ensures commitments made to the business are maintained.
* Grasp opportunities to simplify /transform process across work area and across teams using CI best practices.
* Look at continuous improvement opportunities and drive the same to closure.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for any escalation across deliveries or work-stream, providing direction in resolving issues, escalations ensuring timely resolution.
* Ensuring that platforms/components have sufficient capacity to meet delivery commitments

?Key Skills:

* Onsite experience (must have)
* Sound knowledge of the complete SDLC cycle and interdependencies.
* Excellent communication, planning & analytical skills and able to co-ordinate with people.
* Sound knowledge of ITIL (or equivalent) framework and implementation.
* Fairly hands on technically and also understand latest trends in technologies.
* Should be able to work in different time zones where necessary.
* Understand organisation policies and abide by them.
* Hands on solution architecting experience in any technology along with commercial understanding preferred.
* HR / Payroll domain expertise preferred.

BE / B.Tech background will be preferred. Must be willing to travel (UK) for up-to 4 times a year for 2-4 weeks a trip. Experience range - 12 years +. Onsite working experience (not visits, but being on onsite rolls) is preferred.
