Skill with Design software : Auto Cad, any other ( New version)• Line to boost quality, Safety, productivity and profitability.• In-House capacity calculations, line balancing, levelled production planning.• Implementing new suggestion and kaizen with cost saving project.• Good knowledge about packaging standards for End item and MIP.
• Implementing packaging concepts for new project as per customer requirement and approval from customer.• Good communication skill, interaction with Customer and supplier .• Documentation : Good knowledge about FMEA,PFD, Work instruction based on process.• Planning for yearly budget Investment, Consumable & Expense.
