job description

Graduate with preferably a Masters in Human Resource
Management from a reputed institute with approx. 8 to 10 Years of
relevant experience in a manufacturing company and hands on
experience in statutory compliances, administration and people
management.

?Work towards the common goal of growth of the company�s
business
� Human resource management, including but not limited to :
- Employee relations & engagement, grievance handling,
- Organizational development, change management,
- Payroll processing, leave management, compensation &
benefits management,
- Competency mapping for various roles, training &
development,
- Handling recruitment & separation, manpower planning,
performance appraisals etc.
� General office administration, including but not limited to :
- facility management, upkeep / maintenance of furniture,
fixture etc.,
- time office function i.e. monitoring attendance, updation of
leave cards, on duty slips, short leaves etc.
- maintaining record of gate passes and all relevant
documents,
- arranging events / training programmes
- ensure timely legal & statutory compliances (Factories Act,
Labour Act, PF, ESIC, MPCB etc.), liasoning with various
government departments,
- contract labour management viz. housekeeping, security etc.,
- arrange insurance (corporate / employees) viz. medical,
personal accident, group insurance etc.,
- making travel policy, travel arrangements, hotel booking etc.
- maintaining costs of CAPEX & OPEX related to admin. within
the approved budgets
- Conceptualizing & implementing the action plans / policies
� To work closely with the other departments of the company for
achieving company�s business objectives / goals
� Report generation: MIS, attendance etc.
� To perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time
