We are seeking an Agile Coach who can help the BCS group within Customer Success & Acceleration group, to accelerate its end-to-end Agile transformation thereby integrating into the wider CX Business Agility journey. You are a strategic thinker and an expert coach who will design Agile Processes & Methodologies, oversee tool design & implementation, and drive behavioural changes across the BCS group in order to embrace an Agile mindset.
Responsibilities
• Developing Agile Strategy, Processes and Methodologies for the entire BCS group
• Working with Senior Leaders to gather buy-in and drive organizational agility
• Guiding implementation of processes and tools
• Mentoring the group all the way down to individual teams to embrace an Agile mindset
• Coaching at all levels of organization on processes and methodologies
• Navigating teams on Agile tools and software
• Upskilling members of existing teams to emerge as Scrum Masters and Product Owners
Who You Are
• Experience in driving large-scale enterprise-wide Agile Transformation
• Experience of coaching multiple business teams on Agile practices
• Comfortable working with Senior Leadership
• Ability to facilitate workshops and other discussions driving change
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and ability to adapt to change quickly
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in managing enterprise-wide Agile transformation
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile Certification is good-to-have
