Provide right technical comments for every sample of the assigned OEM/Customer within the stipulated timelines as decided time by management totime.Ensure every comments are assigned the right severity and recommendations.Ensure all critical sample reports and doubtful caution reports are forwardedto CTO for his expert comments/advise.Monitor every sample report and ensure no relative discrepancies are noticedin the oil parameters ,if so call for recheckCoordinate with the lab team for any urgent samples ensure sample reports areforwarded timely.Monitor the critical samples the assigned key OEMs and forward weekly/fortnightly summary data to the concerned OEMs.Follow up with the concerned OEM service team for updates on the actionstaken.Provide updated monthly data on the actions taken and release the equipment,subassembly saved data after ratification of the values from CTO.Prepare and present the case studies to the management for all saved cases.Each technical support team member should Aim for savings to the tune of atleast one crore in terms of the value ( both parts value and avoidance costput together)Support the sales team on resolving any technical query with customer serviceteam.Extend support to the customer technical team in trend analysis for arrivingat any conclusion for any OEMs..Review Open Complaints with the sales team and ensure satisfactory resolutionthrough proper communicationTrack and monitor all open complaints and discuss during the technical reviewmeetings for resolution.Participate in fortnightly review meetings with OEMs for clarifications of anytechnical queries.Identify areas for improvement for quick submission of sample reports andfaster response to customers.Ensure submission of the weekly feedback report, fortnightly and monthlyexecutive
