Responsibilities: - Responsible for taking control of and resolving ComplexTechnical and Escalated customer issues. - Documents and Simulates complexcustomer issues to find solutions and fixes to customer inquiries and problems& may dispatch additional service as necessary. - Provide Technical supportwith Issue resolution via Phone/Chat/Email electronic medium. - Identify andprovide inputs on unique (or) recurring customer problems. - Provide Knowledgebase (Fast Forward) feedback at all appropriate times to the sheets. - Providesupport to the clients in using system and Bill Me software applications. -Obtain thorough understanding of Windows and software application. - Identify,correct & advice on the operational issues in client computer systems.
