This is an Individual contributor role that is at a C2 Level. We are looking for this person to handle over 60% solution and 40% Presales.

Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore & Gurgaon


Role Summary & Experience

  • The candidate will be part of WNS Technology Services team with the role of Group Manager / Sr. Consultant - Presales & Solutions
  • He/she will be assigned RFP / RFI from global locations for which the candidate will work with multi-faceted teams within WNS in providing a response, technical solution and pricing.
  • Should be well versed and hands-on with the RFP processes, deriving technical solutions based on requirements/problem statements, and also have the ability to suggest solutions outside the box and be innovative while solutioning.
  • Should be very proactive and adhere to the timelines established for the RFP responses.
  • Should have knowledge (and/or experience ... having worked in) in application development domain / technical architecture / IT infrastructure. Should be conversant with ERPs, CRMs, RPA & Intelligent Automation, Workflow applications, Analytics, BI Tools etc.
  • Functional knowledge of business domains such as BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Travel etc. will be an added advantage, alongside experience in horizontals like Finance & Accounting, IT Outsourcing, Procurement.
  • Proficient in conceptualizing and modeling an application based on competitive analysis technology and analytics



· BE or MCA from a reputed University

· Post-Graduate Technical or Business degree/diploma

· Overall 12+ years of total experience, with at least 4-5 years of experience in Presales and Solutions role from Tier 1 KPO / BPM companies.


Additional Information

· Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple RFPs at the same time. Should have demonstrated the ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements.

· Candidate should have excellent problem-solving capabilities and should have exhibited exceptional analytical capabilities

· Good Communication skills should be able to articulate the ideas well, including presenting them into internal forums as well as on client calls.

· Excellent Presentation skills

· Needs to interface with business leaders, solutions team, capabilities team and build relationships
