Technical requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any other related field.
- 16 + years of experience in the relevant field with last 5 years in managing different teams.
- Knowledge of IT service desk tools and best practices, ITIL certification and proven troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Strong understanding of web-security including SSL/TLS, secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, and secure coding practices.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques, including caching, content delivery networks (CDN), and image optimization
- Should have experience with applications monitoring and analytics tools to help identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Good to have experience emerging technologies like RPA, AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT.
