b) Team Manager should be proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
c) Basic understanding of operational metrics, coaching, and conflict management is expected from the role.
d) Additionally, Team Manager should be able to demonstrate these competencies: People management – People practices & analytical Skills. Roles & Responsibility
a) Oversee Key Responsibility Area (“KRA”) performance of the team and take corrective action where necessary.
b) Take corrective and supportive action.
c) Lead feedback processes and corrective interventions while working with training and quality teams.
d) Validate performance goals with weekly audits of all agents.
e) Should have a very strong process expertise. Day in Life
a) Periodic one on ones (documented) for all agents aligned to the team
b) Intervention training(s) planned for agents at appropriate intervals to improve performance.
c) Audits of Service Provider Personnel engaged for providing services to PhonePe Lending
d) Feedback on quality errors and opportunities identified.
e) Look out for opportunities to improvise and drive efficiency and effectiveness improvement projects.
