● Conceptualize training materials based on data and research;
● Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials;
● Test and review created materials;

● Proficient English (at least B2 level);● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to express
ideas clearly and concisely.
● Bachelor’s degree in any related field;
● At least 1-year experience in training within the BPO industry;
● Training and coaching skill experience is a plus;
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, – PowerPoint) and Internet applications;
● Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing;
● Knowledge of people’s learning patterns to design programs with excellent efficiency.Benefits:
