Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding of current expense reimbursement related policies across different countries and identifying improvement opportunities.
- simplify processes through re-engineering
- Able to design improved process flow and business case around it.
- Coordination with Process owner, Senior management/ steerco and other stakeholders in change approved and implementation.
- Communication around transformation projects closure.
Background & Skills:
- Master/bachelor’s degree in Finance
- 8-10 years of experience working in Travel & Expense area
- Expertise in value Stream Mapping, identifying process wastes
- Deep understanding of Travel & Expense processes from different geography specially Europe.
- Experience of working with large data sets, data analytics and visualization e.g. in MS Power Point, Power BI
