 Deep understanding of fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and
principles.
 Fluent in English, with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and
persuasively.
 Ability to work independently, handling schedules in fast-paced, multi-project
environment.
 Capacity to own and drive the design process by independently defining requirements,
scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
 Experience with various design and prototyping tools. Adobe XD is desirable (standard
tool in SDS).
Preferred Qualifications
 2+ years strategic ownership and design of large scale initiatives.
 Experience with enterprise software.
 Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing.
 Experience working in design systems.
 Fluency in Korean is strongly preferred.
