The University Recruiting Project Manager works within the UniversityRecruiting team to deliver effective project based recruitment support to the functionalbusiness. This is a unique opportunity to work with multiple functions across Cisco to design and helpimplement talent acquisition processes, reporting and project management needs. This role ispart of the broader Cisco Talent Acquisition team and reports to the APJC UR Leader. The APJC University Recruiting team at Cisco is responsible for up to 1,000hires a year into 12 different functions across the business, from; Sales, Customer Experience andEngineering, through to IT, Ops, Digitalization, Marketing, HR and others. We not onlyidentify the best Intern, New Grad, MBA and PhD hires for Cisco, but we also consult onpositioning our employer brand, market leading diversity and STEM initiatives, best practiceorientations and onboarding and workforce planning. Key responsibilities of the UR PM role  In partnership with the Recruiting Business Partner (RBP), country specificUR Managers, build project plans, timelines, targets, deliverables and agree oncommunication plan for the recruitment cycle and demand fulfillment.  Help to produce presentations, reports and visuals as needed  Maintain processes for UR's core activities such as: intern conversions,demand planning, Hiring Manager Training, Candidate experience, etc.  Be the project lead on any change management projects for the UR function,e.g. new technology implementation or legislation compliance that requires processchange. This will require leading training or information transfer sessions with the team.  Creating innovative solutions to optimize cross functional processes as wellas influencing a successful adaptation of the solutions across the functions  Assisting in projects focused on: Candidate Communications - Providing an extraordinary candidate experience through clear, concise and timelycommunications.  Candidate Tracking: Collaborating with the business and regional recruitment teams to ensure data is accurate in the centralized candidate tracking tool  Training: Help create and deliver new hire and manager training  Event Management: Actively engaging with business to influence participationin University campus events and orientations; confirming events and travel if necessary. Ensuring business is meeting necessary level of campusparticipation; engage business partners if there is a low level of commitment from business  Administrative Tasks: Assisting global recruitment team with administrative items as needed Support the UR Recruiting lead to monitor and root-cause issues andsuccesses for KPI achievement  Collaborate with the regional business partners, Country / Functional URManagers in APJC to manage the process and timelines for global alignment for annualprocess (intern conversion, reporting etc.)  Be a thought partner in the continuous evolution of the process design anddelivery of talent acquisition support to the business Experience/Skills required:  Bachelor's / Master's degree required  Minimum 5 years of work experience required  Experience in recruitment process design  Proven ability to work in fast paced environments subject to significantchange  Previous experience in high volume or university recruitment role within ahigh-tech environment (preferred)  Experience in using an ATS system, system design and optimization  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interactwith business stakeholders and candidates  Must have excellent stakeholder/relationship management skills  Be able to influence, negotiate and proactively drive processes  Project management and planning skills, Result Oriented, Driving projects tocompletion  Strong understanding of industry trends, competitors and related legislation  Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)  Proficiency in design programs such as Photoshop and process design such asVisio would be beneficial but not required  Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced matrix structuredorganization  Takes ownership of objectives to achieve results; course corrects as needed  Tact, diplomacy, and extreme professionalism when dealing with candidates ordealing with difficult personalities  Ability to successfully collaborate across different cultural/geographicalenvironment  Team player and strong collaborator, with ethical values  Travel may be required with this position
